OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR
We are seeking to appoint an office administrator to join the dedicated team at Poulton Lancelyn Primary School.
We require a warm and committed individual who has the ability to work as part of the school team and be the welcoming face of the school
at the main office entrance.
We are looking for an individual who:
Has excellent interpersonal skills
Has experience of using Microsoft office programmes
Can maintain confidentiality
Understands the need to safeguard children
Has a positive outlook and is adaptable
The vacancy is for 5 days, Monday to Friday, working from 8:30am to 12.30pm. Daily tasks will include:
Answering the phone
Welcoming visitors and pupils at the office
Photocopying
Letter writing
Liaising with other members of the school community
