POULTON LANCELYN PRIMARY SCHOOL IS A NUT FREE SCHOOL
If children eat better, they feel better, play better and work better. At Poulton Lancelyn Primary School, our healthy eating policy is carefully designed to ensure all children enjoy access to a nutritional and carefully balanced diet whilst on school premises.
Our catering suppliers – Hutchison Catering - are an independent contract caterer providing specialist catering, cleaning and support services, predominantly throughout the UK. They provide freshly prepared food from good quality ingredients prepared from scratch on the school premises. They have a clear focus on health, wellbeing and sustainability, and run themed days throughout the year. We operate a 3 week rolling menu system, and current menus are attached below.
All children in F2, Year 1 and Year 2 are eligible for Universal Free School Meals.
Children who are not eligible for Free School Meals will be charged at the rate of £2.50 for a meal and payment must be made via Arbor. If you do not have login details, please contact the school office.
If your child is in receipt of Free School Meals (FSM) please inform the school office.
If you have any questions or think that your child may be eligible for FSM – please contact Wirral Borough Council for more information.
